Did any of these people recently gain an eligible immigration status?

Share:

You may be asked if you’ve recently gained one of these immigration statuses. If you have, select your name (or the name of the person in your household who recently gained eligible immigration status).

Will I qualify for a Special Enrollment Period?

You may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period if you gained eligible immigration status within the past 60 days and you didn’t have an eligible immigration status before.

You won’t qualify for a Special Enrollment Period if you changed eligible immigration statuses within the past 60 days. For example, you were a refugee or asylee and recently became a lawful permanent resident (or got a "Green Card").
